‘Dear John’ a love letter of words unsaid to those who have gone before us. It`s bloody tough saying goodbye to the ones we love and even harder when there is a succession of heartbreaking life-celebrations to process. Art therapy for me is real and Dear John is just one example of how I turn to art to help me heal.
